Dr. An feng is an internationally renowned expert in the fields of new energy vehicle technology, low-carbon economic strategies, and climate change policy research. He has also contributed to numerous academic research reports, with his most influential work being the report on significantly enhancing global automobile fuel economy standards. He obtained his PhD in Physics from the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor, and his master's degree from Tsinghua University, his bachelor's degree from the University of Science and Technology of China.
