On July 29, the Yunnan Provincial Development and Reform Commission released "Three-Year Action Plan for High-Quality Development of Modern Logistics Industry in Yunnan Province (2025—2027)". The plan proposes that by 2027, the province’s total social logistics volume will reach approximately 6 trillion yuan, and the gap between the ratio of total social logistics costs to GDP and the national average will be narrowed to within 1 percentage point. In the initiative to foster innovative development of logistics, Yunnan will formulate a plan for the promotion and application of new energy heavy-duty trucks, advance the construction of a batch of charging and battery-swapping infrastructure on expressways, and cultivate new energy transportation demonstration routes from Panzhihua to Mohan and from Ruili to Nongdao. It will support logistics parks in scientifically building distributed photovoltaic power generation systems and actively develop zero-carbon parks. Efforts will be made to foster and expand online freight enterprises; by 2027, the number of such enterprises in the province will exceed 200, including over 20 Class A enterprises. Yunnan will actively explore the "industrial cluster + logistics hub" synergistic development model, foster and expand hub-preferred industries, and enhance the regional agglomeration and radiation capacity of industrial clusters.
