The document specifies that the subsidy standard for projects within the island is 0.1 yuan per kWh, with an annual subsidy cap of no more than 40 yuan per kilowatt (calculated based on 12 months). For projects outside the island, the subsidy standard is 0.15 yuan per kWh, with an annual subsidy cap of no more than 70 yuan per kilowatt (calculated based on 12 months).
